Brendon is Number One adventurer

The weekend of 11 - 13 February saw Flat Stanley go exploring with his very first 'buddy', here are some snaps of his exciting few days and the story written by Brendon and his family.

My fun filled weekend with Brendon.

As soon as we got home from school, Brendon was pretty excited  to show me around the house. I got the chance to meet his dad, mum, and his sister Amie.

The we ran outside and jumped on the trampoline, and played some soccer With my lean machine of a body and Brendon’s we beat the other team! About that time it was time to get some dinner and get ready for bed.

The next day was a busy one.
We went on the farm and helped Brendon’s dad so we could get away for the day. Brendon suggested that I should try some Dutch wooden shoes on, so my feet would not get dirty.

We were off to Tauranga.
On our way we stopped to take pictures of the beautiful view. I certainly enjoyed my day out.
On my last day with Brendon we just took it slow and enjoyed some bike riding, looking if the vegetables had grown and eating yummy strawberries from the garden.

I have had a wonderful time at Brendon’s house. Thank you for the hospitality and I can’t wait to see where I am going next.
