Flat Stanley at the Hairdresser's

Monday 14th February

Wow – how exciting I get to go with Dylan and his family to Te Aroha.
Dylan was really excited to have me because he was going to get his hair cut.  We went to the haircut lady (she is called a hair dresser),  and  I pretended to have my hair washed, while Dylan, Ben and Samara had their hair cuts.  I hardly recognised them they looked so flash!  Then she gave them lollipops, they were so lucky!
It was so hot, that we got ice creams.
After that we went to Waihou to Dylan’s Nana and Poppa’s house they were having a family BBQ because Dylan’s cousin Rachel was going to University in Auckland to study to be a Doctor or Physio.  They had so much yummy food and I watched Dylan and Ben play rugby with the neighbours.

What a perfect time I had, and I am really tired so think I might sneak into Dylan’s bed tonight and have a big sleep.  Tomorrow   I  will get to ride on the big yellow school bus.

I wonder where I will go next .....
