Flat Stanley's weekend at Rion's house

25 Feb - 27 Feb, 2011

On Friday I got to come home with Rion for the weekend. Rion lives on the other side of Putaruru so it was a bit was a bit of a drive to get to his house. When I got there I met Rion’s, Mum, Dad and big brother Josh. Rion and Josh showed me around and I got to meet their budgies, Peetwee and Mrs. King Julian. After that I helped Rion clean his room.

On Saturday we all went to A & P show in Putaruru and saw some donkeys, ponies, hairy cows and alpacas. There was a giant water slide too that Rion went down but I was a bit too scared.

On Sunday we went to the beach over in Tauranga with Rion’s cousin Sam. It was a hot day! Rion went boogie boarding for the first time and he had so much fun. Then we had some hot chips by the wharf where we saw heaps of boats and fed the crumbs to some cheeky seagulls.

I had an awesome time at Rion’s house. Hope I get to go back there again someday.

Pictures to follow soon!
