Flat Stanley at Dylan's

Flat Stanley at the Dylan’s
Wow, how exciting, Dylan had his best week at school ever so I got to go home with Dylan and his family for the weekend!
First of all we went to Netball in Putaruru, with Dylan and his Mum.  There were lots and lots of kids there and we found the other kids from Kuranui on Court One.  It was amazing, everyone was so clever, they were catching and passing the netball and it all looked like so much fun that I snuck onto the court for a quick photo with Dylan.  They had two exciting games, and they won one of them.  Dylan even was GS,WD,GS .Dylan got player of the day and a chocolate fish
I remembered I have stayed at Dylan’s before so I wasn’t at all scared or shy, and Dylan’s bed is really comfy.
Saturday morning means Rugby for Dylan and Ben, they play ripper Rugby for Hinuera, and I saw some more Kura kids there as well!  Rugby sure was fun, Dylan and Ben’s Nana and Poppa Storey were there to watch, also Poppa Paton as well as Aunty Sharyn, Uncle Neil and cousin Alice came over from Morrinsville to cheer the boys along.  After rugby we went with Dylan’s Dad to watch their other cousin Trent play big boys rugby at the College.  That looked like you had to be pretty tough to play!
Saturday afternoon and Sunday we hung out, we went eeling and we tried out some floats on our lines instead of sinkers, we played computer games, watched TV, did some homework, and I even watched Dylan and Ben on their motorbikes – they go a bit fast and I didn’t want to have a ride!
Wow – what a great time, I look forward to coming back again, maybe I could try out Ben’s bed next time!
